BCM Call Logger will process call data from any Nortel or Avaya Business Communications Manager system including the BCM50, BCM200, BCM400 and BCM450 models

What can the BCM Call Logger do?

BCM Call Logger can retrieve and report on call information from any BCM telephone system.

The resulting call data is stored in a standard Microsoft Access database, allowing users to either run standard BCM Call Logger reports or query the database directly for advanced reporting.

  • Can process logs in a variety of formats including Norstar Standard, Norstar All, Meridian and SL-1
